On 29/5/2008 Al Handal International group represented by the Chairman Eng. Wadee Al Handal and Bonyan Holding Group represented by Mr. Abdullah Attatrah, signed contract to set up a joint company (Bonyan Kurdistan), which they will implement the Sulaimani Project Gate with a new company capital of Four Million US Dollars.
The signing of this contract is considered the first step to start a residential complex includes Towers and Villas on an area of one nearly 1 million square meters in an important area in the Sulaimani City located on international airport road and beside the American University.
