A resolution of agreement has been issued by the Registrerer of the Companies of founding a company by a number 25812 dated 25/4/2005 and the procedures of the subscription implemented by the Basrah Al-Ahlee Bank in accordance with the valid law of companies and the perfection of the a/m procedures regularly up to the stage of issuing the founding certificates under No. B/258121 on 23/6/2005 from the department of the Registerer of the companies.

It may be opening branches of the company abroad or sharing in the banks or financial establishments abroad after acquiring the agreement of the Iraqi Central Bank. As it is possible closing or incorporating any branch of the company after acquiring the agreement of the Iraqi Central Bank.
